Just finished listening to Steve Kimock's free live ep from livedownloads.com and it is fantastic, I am not sure how long it will be free so go there and get your copy while you can.

For all you stones fans (besides the dead I listen to a shit load of stones, I caught the ladies and gentleman movie on vh1 classic this morning, wow, what a band at the time during the 72 your, that year was magical for the dead and the stones and of course I was born that year so it was a pretty good one! If you like the stones check it out. It has been on vh1 many times but I re watched it this am and it has been a nice Sunday morning with some stones and some Kimock!

L&G The Rolling Stones is one great movie. I saw it in a theatre upon it's release in '74, then it completely disappeared for 35 years, then got released.
The footage is pulled from only a coupla different gigs in Texas, but those were very strong ones in the middle of the two month North American swing. The early June concerts were a little ragged, the band getitng it's sea legs, and towards the end in late July they were clearly exhausted.
The Texas gigs among others were the sweet spot of the tour and the film wonderfully documents some great music.
